what is the reason for the car needing to be towed? does it not run/drive? I know you say its a project, what all needs to be finished to be road worthy?

Last price drop. I hate my life decisions and $2222.... If the car doesn't sell im just going to gut it completely and make it a track car and spend more money. SOMEONE SAVE ME
