94 EG COUPE TUCKED SHAVED AND CLEAN

Ok so I got this car as a shell last year with plans to slowly build it over the next year I've shaved the bay by welding all unused holes, cleaned up the seam sealer and smothed out pinch weld dimples. I've got tons of hours in the engine bay alone and disnt cut any corners I feel like I spent 100 hours in sanding alone. I've got pics from beginning to end
STILL HAS A/C AND POWER STEERING!!!
ENGINE
-HMO OBD1 B18c WITH TYPE R CAMS AND LSD Y80 (TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP, AND TENSIONER ALL REPLACED 1k ago) 60k ON MOTOR ROUGHLY AND OIL CHANGED EVERY 3k WITH PENZOIL PLATNUM ALONG WITH HONDA FILTER)
-BLACKWORKS RADIATOR W/ SLIM FAN
-AEBS INTAKE MANIFOLD WITH BRAND NEW OEM HONDA SEALS AND O RINGS
-AEM SHORT RAM INTAKE WITH BRAND NEW K&N FILTER
-5 ZEGAN 4-2-1 JASMA HEADER
-BRAND NEW OEM HONDA TYPE R VALVE COVER
-NEW CAP AND ROTOR WITH MSD 8mm WIRES TO NGK PLUGS ALSO 1k OLD

-LIGHTING HARNESS TUCKED ALONG WITH ENGINE HARNESS MOVED DOWN MORE OUT OF SIGHT DONE RIGHT NO BS LIKE I SAID I HAVE PICKS OF ENTIRE PROJECT
-INTEGRA GSR FRONT AND REAR BRAKE SWAP ALONG WITH SWAY BARS ALONG WITH MATCHING BOOSTER AN MASTER CYLINDER ALL NEW FLUID ALSO
-SKUNK 2 CAMBER KIT
-AGX STRUTS NOT BLOWN BUT NOT BRAND NEW EITHER PROBLEY 5k ON THEM
-DROP ZONE COIL OVERS ACTUALLY RIDES GREAT
-ON STEELIES NOW WITH SOME TREAD

-SI CLUSTER W/ TACH
-SKUNK 2 SHIFT KNOB
-ID GIVE IT A 6 maybe 7 ON INTERIOR MAY GET IT SHAMPOOED IF I GET TIME

- needs catback exhaust may be on by time of sale I'm working on tht now
-hoods dented was like that when I got it rest of car is awsome but hood had to have been jumped on lol

I was interested in the car but the car price jumped from 4500$ to 4900$ in a matter of days was anything replaced or are there new parts added to the list..?
