'92 Honda Civic Hatch Turbo LS-VTEC

Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Car: 1992 Honda Civic Hatchback VX
Engine: B18B1 Bottom End, B16A2 Head(2xx,xxx on chassis, 2x,xxx on motor; car is my DD so the mileage will increase)
Price: 4500 OBO(I am more seriously interested in trades, hence the price)
Modifications:
-LSVTEC Motor with the Inline Pro Vtec conversion kit
-InlinePRO Dual Valve Springs and Titanium retainers
-3-angle Valve Job
-Brauning Motorsports 38mm Wastegate
-BLOX Turbo 2 Camshafts
-Ebay Blow off Valve
-AEM Cam gears
-AEM Wideband and Turbo Timer
-Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump
-Competition Clutch Stage 5
-New Image Ramhorn Style Exhaust Manifold
-Skunk2 Intake Manifold
-15" Rota Track-R(Gold with a polished Lip)
-4-wheel disc
-3" Custom Downpipe(Custom Fabbed by Mark Brauning)
-P28 ECU chipped on Hondata s100 w/ Boost Option

Car runs well, but does have problems with traction(without slicks lol). Runs very reliably, but does have some minor oil leaks(needs new oil pan gasket and a new dizzy seal), but has always been a blast to drive(my daughter loves going for rides).
I will be happy to answer any questions you may have, but unfortunately Im not on here as often as I would like. If you need a question answered quickly, feel free to contact Chandler(Subie2Honda on here), and he can help you out.
Included with the sale will be a genuine MOMO steering wheel, an aluminum catch can, and extra exhaust piping(the car is tuned on open downpipe now).
Dyno numbers and test drives will be provided to serious buyers only.
