92 Civic Si/ turbo unfinished project

motor: D16Y8 low miles 6x,xxx. No smoke!
I got this project a few years back and mocked it up and comepletely stripped it down for a restore. Now ive basically gotten all the parts and body painted etc and have lost some interest and havent had time to work on it. So im seeing what the possiblities are of trading and or selling it. Currently the motor is out, basically a rolling shell.
Parts. Ill probably forget some ......
Motor: D16y8
skunk2 intake manifold
cast exhaust manifold
garrett t3 turbo (little shaft play)
turbonetics wastegate w/dumptube
valve cover shaved/flange added for oil catch
oil catch
HKS SSQV bov
Greedy boost controller
custom downpipe and midpipe
meagan racing drift exhaust (new in box)
ebay intercooler maybe godspeed? good quality
Aem fuel rail
440 RC injectors
Blox fuel pressure regulator
walbro fuel pump
autometer boost and oil pressure gauges
also brand new lsd clutch rated to 300ft/lbs
also I have spare D16 motor with high miles that I was planning to build botom end.
Interior:
Momo Corsa steering wheel w/hub
I dont have all of the center console parts but I have most.
Bride replica seats with rails (brand new)
Brand new carpet to the end of seat rails.
The back has been stripped completely and painted and thats how I planed to keep it. I do have rear seats and plastic panels but they arent in that great of shape.
Exterior
I had the the car painted black grey. The rear fender where cleaned up alot where they were pulled and rolled to fit 0 offset wheels. The front fender where cut and fit with fender flares. The hood, front bumper, and rear bumper are new. Also had replica R lip painted to match. The body isnt flawless but I give it an 8.6/10
Suspension/Brakes/wheels/tires
Meagan Racing Coilovers (brand new)
Blox lower control arms (rear and adj camber in rear)
Blox upper control arms w/ camber adj (front)
Wilwood big brake front kit (bought used) 11" 4 piston
Wheels are xxr 15x8 0offset
2 sets of tires kumho estas
and a new set of 195s because I planned to strech and tuck and rear and leave 205s upfront
Well thats all I can think of now and Im sure I forgeting something. Pics arent that great! if you have any questions let me know

get more pics of the car aka the front. and put a list up on what all it will need to become a running car again.

I am going to roll the car out of storage to get better pics soon. As far as what it needs, it needs to be put back together and to have ecu chipped. all I can think of.
