that is a usdm gsr valve cover. gsr head on it? or just the cover?

just The valve cover. Looked under the car yesterday it has front and rear lower tie bars on it. Swap is pending sale for the weekend...

after the swap is sold i well sell the shell for 650 or trade for a nice hand gun plus cash depending on the gun.
