91 HONDA CIVIC DX HATCH--4 spd--Good Condition

Description: Selling as is. Car does not run.Everything is intact I just do not want to spend the money to get it repaired. Current engine has 212k miles. No rust.
The car hasn't run in over two years,it was my commuter car. I have no idea whats wrong with it but I really don't think its anything major. I just do not want to put any money into it whatsoever.
Car has no power steering, windows, or locks. Interior is ok, needs new front seats.

I have no idea whats wrong with it but I really don't think its anything major. It just wouldn't turn over one day and its sat there ever since.
