91 civic lx b16

Description: 1991 Honda civic lx 190xxx on chassis and unknown on motor. It's a jdm b16a runs and drives good its been in my car for about 6 months and I've put about 5k miles on it with no major issues.
Da front disk conversion with drilled and slotted rotors and wheels came off old integra.
Needs a hood and front bumper if you were to re paint the car.
Normal rust on quarters in front of rear wheels.
Oil pan gasket leaks some oil.
Trans is s1 b16 and has famous third gear grind.
New clutch, pp, throw out bearing and pilot bushing.
One axel boot is torn.
