90 hatch trade for 4dr

I have a 1990 std civic hat that had been swapped to multipoint. Now had a jdm d15b NON vtec in it and a crx si trans with a 3rd gear grind, ive put 8k miles on it with the grind. It also now has a passenger side side view mirror. Car is gold with black hood and bumpers and is black from side mouldings down. It does have some rust around fenderwells but soon as get a warm weekend this will be fixed. Could benefit from a new driver's side window regulator and track. It works but the back likes to come up faster than the front. Car is lowered on skunk 2 coilovers on stock struts, i know its not ideal but ride isnt bad. It rides on 14" steelies with good tires, good inspection thru december of this year. The chassis has 320k miles and the mileage on swap is unknown but i promise u it runs good and strong. I am from ga and it made the 600 mile trip there and back last september no problem. The absolute only reason im trading is i want a 4dr because of wife and 2 kids.
