4k cash in hand WTB clean integras/civics.

Description: looking clean perfect daily driver integras/civics that are very fast and very reliable.
Car has to be -- lowered w/ decent shoes and atleast a b or h series swap/rebuild. NO D series.
Has to be very reliable and not a pos car thats about to blow once you red line it.
Please don't waste time with junk cars.
I've recently got laid off and totaled my last car so I DO NOT NEED A Car with motor problems.
