2008 Honda Civic Si Sedan Black $5,000 OBO or Trade

Description: I'm selling my 2008 Honda Civic Si sedan for $5,000 OBO because I currently do not have the time and money to fix it up. I am also open to trades. If you have a car for trade that you might want to, let me know. The engine is not running and there is some frame damage to the car. The block is most likely blown but there are many parts that can still be salvaged and used with a new block. Transmission is fine. Car battery is dead. Will not power on. Needs to get towed. I am the original owner of this car. I bought it brand new out the lot in 2008 for $23,000 and have since put about 90,000 on the car until it broke down on me last September. I neglected to keep up with the motor maintenance thus leading to its demise. I have the title in hand. Shoot me an offer or contact me for more details.
Problems with the car:
Blown Motor (Block)
Needs new wheels + tires
Needs a new knuckle on front right side
Needs new cradle
Front right quarter panel and door needs fixing
Will need an alignment
Needs 2 wheel studs on front right hub
Modifications:
Buddy Club Catless Header (Still passes emissions with stock exhaust)
Injen Cold Air Intake
TSX ported throttle body 67mm + plastic gasket
Cobb Stage 2 Reflash (Bolt ons)
Excedy Stage 1 clutch + 10lb flywheel
8K HID headlights
Built in navigation (Touchscreen)
Front bumper with lip was replaced but never painted
Drilled and slotted rotors on all 4

Can you elaborate on the "frame damage"? Is it the actual chassis or is it the front cradle that the engine sits on? I'm really contemplating this.

Just needs a new subframe as far as frame damage. I took it to a body shop and that what they said I needed. That and new suspension on the front right side where the spare tire is on. Feel free to call or text me at 240 422 3366 for more questions.
