2004 ep3 type r clone

Dont be afraid to throw offers the worst I can say no but I'm really leaning toward a clean older car with cash on top. Description: For Sale, I have a white 2004 Honda Civic Hatchback SI, Type R semi clone.The motor is a K24A2 out of a 2008 Acura TSX with paperwork of purchase and mileage. There are approximately 25,000 on the motor. The transmission is an k20z1 RSX-S out of a 2006 with unknown mileage. Transmission comes with new Honda bearings, replaced 1000 miles ago. Transmission is also equipped with Wavetrac LSD, unknown lightweight flywheel, and Clutchmasters FX400 stage 4 clutch (4 puck). Clutch was replaced at time of tranny bearings being replaced. The interior I would rate it 9/10 (fresh clean!) cleans up very well and the stock SI seats are in good condition no tears or rips. The body 9/10
