I wouldn't call it robbing anyone. Everyone has a price. Unfortunately for you, the price you offered was low (for the others offers I have received thus far.) I'm not in a rush to sell it. I'd rather hold out for the right price. I'm not desperate. I appreciate the input.

This. As I mentioned earlier, I'm not desperate. And sending me an offer of $7,500 isn't going to get me to sign the title over. I'm hopeful that someone with a reasonable offer will come through. Thanks.
