2003 Civic LX Sedan -- Daily Driver!

I have a 2003 Blue Honda Civic LX Sedan for sale. I am the second owner of the vehicle and purchased it from a co-worker who bought the car off the lot in 2003. It has grey cloth interior and an automatic transmission that shifts perfectly. I've used the car as my daily driver since I've owned it with no issues at all. The car consistently averages 30mpg and has suited me well for a run around car, but I'd like to get another 5-speed car to drive daily. Currently, the car is due for an inspection at the end of the month, but I will take care of this before the sale and do a fresh oil change.
The car just turned 71,000 miles and will go up slightly as I continue to drive it daily. However, I work locally and drive it less than 100 miles per week. The interior is very clean for the year with no stains in the carpet or seats. I would rate the interior as a 8-8.5/10. The exterior is fairly clean as well, but does show signs of city driving. It has it's fair share of dings/dents and the clear coat is beginning to peel on the roof and trunk. I was quoted $300 at a reputable body shop in town to repaint them both and have set the price to reflect this. The only other issues with the car are fairly common. The driver side exterior lock does not work. Honda issued a Technical Service Bulletin that I have printed out for the buyer to look over. I have a replacement lock cylinder I will include as well. The odometer lights fade from time to time after the car sits in the sun for a fair amount of time, but everything operates as it should.
The driver side rear window motor is beginning to wear out and the AC will need recharged. I have a replacement window motor and cans of refridgerant I can include/install. According to the service manual, a valve adjustment should be done soon as well -- They make some noise occassionally as all hondas do. In Poor condition, the value is still listed at $7231. I have priced it a fair bit below, and am willing to negotiate. I'd like to sell as soon as possible! The car is not perfect, but has a clean interior, low miles and would make an excellent daily driver.
