2001 Honda Civic EX AUTO with new engine

2001 Honda Civic EX Auto, power windows & door looks, keyless entry, sunroof, foldable rear seat.
302,000 highway miles
****Engine was replaced at 292,000 miles - that's only 10,000 miles ago!!!**** Have receipt for the replacement engine & VIN of the donor car. Engine was purchased from Tran's Auto in Hampton, VA.
Transmission began to slip heavily the other day, and the car can be barely driven; reverse is pretty much everything that has left. Slippage gets worse in warm weather. I would strongly recommend getting a tow dolly from U-haul for $50 & towing the car to your place rather than attempting to drive it due to the possibility of a complete transmission failure during the trip. You can get a good used trans from Tran's Auto in Hampton for $700, and the car would have an entire new power train - will last you another 300,000 miles. I'm moving in a month and don't have the time to do the swap.
Other small issues:
The headliner is peeling by the back window.
Shocks make noise when riding over big bumps/pot holes - not a problem if you don't mind the noise, otherwise it's time to replace them.
Small dent in a left rear quarter panel by the bumper.
