Original engine? Has the timing belt/water pump ever been done?

Yes all vins match original motor & trans. previous owner said the timing belt was good but I haven't changed it with so low mileage.

105K isn't considered "low mileage"

Actually Ban Hammer brought up a great question.

Just because someone says the timing belt is "good" doesn't surpass the expectation that a car should have its major maintenance performed at the specified time. It's called maintenance for a reason, not "fixitwhenitsbroken".
