never heard of a salvage title being clear after the third owner. are you sure about your facts. not doubting you but very curious because if that were the case then why don't people just buy salvage title cars that are repaired and register them once or twice within their family or friends and get a clear title. a car with a clear title is valued more than a car with a salvage title no matter what.
