The Bad:
Trans is a little stiff going into gear sometimes - Had it checked out at checkered Flag Honda said it was ok
Normal rock chips on the front
Seat brakets dont line up perfectly, on bolted in with 3 of the 4 bolts
no rear seat, but has rear carpet
radio pops out a bit on one side - easy fix
no airbags
no A/C or P/S
muffler is rubbing heat shield - easy fix
horn does not work
Overall not major items, but I wanted to be thorough
