Still the cheapest ek on here ! 5 speed conversion is cheap to do if that's holding you back, if you are gonna swap car need a tranny anyway. Car is priced to go

HAve you done a compression/leak down test on the motor, or know of any maintenance history on the car?

No I don't. I did plugs wires brand new distributor and oil change a little over a week ago. I bought it local from a stripper a few months ago to drive back and fourth to work until i got my other k swap car done.
