- the car has it's share of minor dings and dents. bumper paint is flaking off some.

OP, it's not a bad car but it's a nearly 15 year old Honda civic. For $3,300 people are going to take their money elsewhere, pricing it more accurately and staying firm at that realistic price might be a better plan. Just my $0.02. Glws.
