1998 Integra LS Auto

Up for sale, my 1998 Integra LS, my wife and I do not drive it anymore, and needs a new home. Great beater car, 1.8 B18B1, short ram intake, mugen shocks and springs, 14 in steelies, new pads and rotors all around, 50% tire tread life. New plugs, wires, cap and wheel. New O2 sensor, oil change and new trans fluid. Full GSR leather interior, pwr windows, locks, and sunroof. Has AC (blows cold, just recharged), and power steering.
Bad:
slight oil leak ( been using Penzoil high mileage, leak has almost stopped. Not even noticable) smalls trans leak. Trans shifts hard into 2nd and 3rd when cold, once warm, no issues. Clear coat peeling on hood, roof and trunk, small rust spot in passenger top corner of windshield. Windsheild has small chip, was sealed today 9/3/13. Dr seat tear from being used for 14 years, is patched over with duct tape but still comfortable ( hate away ). And check engine on due to trans voltage.
