Details: 1997 Honda Civic Sedan EX
Mileage: 100,000 on engine (GSR engine)
Exterior Condition: Good
Interior Condition: Very Good - GSR cloth seats
No accidents.
Modifications: GSR engine, ls meshes, 99-00 front and rear end converison, fog lights, JDM block off plate, si cluster
Service: All service done by a honda certified tech.
No power steering or Air conditioning.

I am in located in Richmond, VA. There is no power steering or air conditioning. Yes it is the EX model.

you mean 99-00 front end conversion, and 99-00 tail lights.
