The way I look at it, is it allows prospective buyers to buy the car how they choose (with a lesser price) and then use that money they saved to do with it what they please.
Some people don't want to pay the extra $2000 for the trans installed, and for all of the parts that I chose. They can get a swapped daily drivable ek hatch with a great suspension, for 3k.

Even more people interested.
I would PREFER to sell without having to install the other transmission, as that is just a pain for me. Again, if that is negotiated as the deal, there will be a non-refundable deposit put down for me to put it in.
