1996 Honda Civic d16 vtec 83k miles

I have a 1996 Honda Civic D16y8z6 with 83,xxx miles on rebuild. It USED to have a turbo on it but I ended up having a certified mechanic take it off. I was having to many problems with it and I needed a daily driver for school. The car has had a lot work done to it in the past 3 weeks(New brakes, clean rotors, new flex pipe, exhaust manifold replaced, spec valve compression, and everything needed to convert back to stock from turbo setup)
I have put 2000 miles on the car after it coming back from the shop and is working fine. The reason I am selling it is because im on probation and I cannot afford to get a ticket for the fact that it is ridiculously loud, and slightly low. I don't want to attract any cops... I just got a FRESH INSPECTION so you are good to go. The price includes the turbo kit.
Update: new muffler put on, a lot quieter. Still has custom exhaust from manifold back so if you want it loud all you would need is a different muffler

The paint is in good condition and the interior is decent in my opinion. I have parts for a/c
I can also drive up near the Rockingham county area if interested.
Also the headlights have been cleaned up, i will take some new pics soon.
