My thoughts exactly .. I wouldnt purchase the car unless it was push started to be sure it actually runs with no mechanical issues besides the starter

If that is the ONLY problem with the car, change the fucking thing. How do you know it's the starter? I assume you don't because any fuck with a brain would replace it considering it's dirt cheap and takes fifteen minutes to replace.

Also, do you have paperwork for that 60k mile H22 swap? How's the wiring since I assume it stayed OBD1.
