Good

• b18c full swap (shifts smooth)
• Eibach sport shocks struts and springs
• tein rear strut brace factory front brace
• new starter
• new o2 sensor
• full stereo system sony deck and rockford fosgate speakers all the way around
• dc headers
• aem short ram
• good paint
• fully loaded leather all power options
• doesn't leak any fluids

Bad

• needs a bushing in the drivers side front lower control arm
• leather is cracked and ripped
• needs a a/c belt it squeaks when you start it up
• floors need to be cleaned
• a/c needs to be serviced
• need's new back calipers and pads(provided with sale) still drivable just cant compress to change brakes
• has a few dings in the doors
• has the Honda rust on the passenger side rear quarter panel it needs to be attended to
