New timing belt
New water pump
New valve cover gasket
New fuel filter
New plugs. Wires cap and rotor
New driver motor mount
New clutch kit
Resurfaced flywheel
157k on motor-244k on body
Si trans
Drop zone coil overs and shocks
Apexi exhaust
Ps
Power everything
Hid headlights 6k
Jdm fogs
Rota gt3s
Tires have about 75% front 50% rear they are nitto neo-gen

The bad:
Needs minor bodywork
Needs ac hooked back up

I have all the paperwork on the work done
