1994 Civic EX coupe
SOLD, SOLD, SOLD!
Name: Jay
Location: Glen Allen
Means of contact: PM
Price: $1,200 obo
Description: So it's come time to sell my Honda. I had big plans for it and kids/house/other cars got in the way. It had been sitting for a while and I just started driving it again, I've put about 300 miles on it and it runs great, handles really well. It’s a 1994 Civic EX coupe, stock D16 Vtec , 178k miles, 5 speed. It has a sunroof, power windows, power locks. The AC ran great before I removed the belt. It has an alarm and an old factory keyless entry. The stereo is old and only plays cd’s when it wants to, it has Rockford’s in the back and Clarion’s in the front, they need to be hooked back up, it’s also wired up for an amp in the trunk. It has a fairly new battery and a new main relay and fan temp switch. Tinted windows all around, except the drivers window. I flat blacked it about 5 years ago and it’s starting to show it’s age, you can see some of the original paint showing through around the roof rails. The trunk is red because I took the original trunk off that had a wing on it, I still have the flat black trunk and wing. Interior is in ok shape, not too good not too bad, the previous owner painted some of the trim pieces white, looks like crap could easily be changed. The hood is still the original purple, I didn’t paint it because it has a dent that could stand be fixed, it looks like somebody tried to shut the hood while it was proped up. The rest of the body is straight except for a small dent behind the drivers door and dent on the trunk. Clean title, I’m the 3rd owner, it’s been in one small fender bender in all it’s life.
Performance parts: Rota Circuit 8’s, Falken Ziex 512’s (tires are not in that great of shape, driveable but won't pass inspection), Eibach pro kit springs and struts (2.5 inch drop, nice set up, no fender gap), Warlock Thundermuff catback( old school and loud as hell. I mean really loud), Password JDM fenders with side markers, white face gauges, Greddy shift knob, Powerslot rotors and EBC pads, Password Type R shift boot and short shift bushing kit (not installed).
I just don’t have the time/money or will to work on it anymore. I’m really not into Hondas anymore, it needs to be driven not just sitting in my driveway. My wife said I need to sell it since it’s just not practical for driving my 2 kids around. As it sat over the winter a small crack in the windshield became a BIG crack in the windshield and needs to be replaced to be inspected.
I’m selling it as is, it does not have a current Virginia inspection. I’m not looking for trades and will not part out. It’s a fun car to drive, I hate to get rid of it, I’m asking $1,200 obo, all it needs is a little TLC, let me know if you’re interested or PM or come drive it!
I'm in Glen Allen, northern Richmond, Virginia Center Commons area.

Re: 1994 Civic EX coupe
Sorry to anybody who commented on here after 8/5, I subscribed to the thread and set up instant notifications to my email but I haven't been getting them. I wasn't trying to ignore you, PM me if any of you are still interested, those do show up in my email.
I noticed some of you guys are pretty far away from me, I changed the description in the main post, I kinda flew through it when I originally posted it. I don't want to waste any ones time, trying to be clear and honest to what needs to be fixed on the car.
The windshield does need to be fixed and the tires while driveable (I put 3-400 miles on it in the past few months) probably need replacement....at least the fronts do, to pass inspection.
More pics if you want to see them
