1993 Honda Civic EG (Ex)

Description: I got this two months ago and I realized i just don't have time for it, this car RUNS, the previous seller didn't point out a numerous amount of problems with it, so i will be honest, these are the problems i have noticed from two day, this is a PROJECT RUNNING CAR OR you can use it as a shell, Price is OBO so please don't bash this, text are preferred as far as contacts go, i will post interior and engine bay pice most likely tomorrow when its not dark outside, thanks for your time.
Some type of good:
ALL power options work !
Interior is alright but could be better, drivers side rip in seat
starts right up
pretty clean shell for it's age
lowered on some type of ebay springs , (previous owner)
tires are 90% tread all the way around
battery is relocated to the trunk, easy set up for subs (previous owner)
LEAKs NO OIL oil pan was fixed and, i replaced the valve cover gasket , distributor O ring, NEW radiator, thermostat
BAD:
NEEDS A HEAD GASKET
horn doesn't work, pretty sure it's the relay
interior is kind of rough for my taste (will have pictures up soon )
needs paint which i will do if i don't sell
head light is cracked
needs inspection
no radio
some type of crazy loud sounding catback on it (removed)
this is just some of the problems that i recognized after i purchased it, the previous owner was not very honest, but i did fix most of the problems,
