1993 Civic Si Hatch Clean title'd 300hp+

Description:
Trying to find stock-er car for my brother so I'm posting up this Civic Hatch. Its been DD, but its too much power for em so trying to find more not boosted yet clean. Drove it straight back from VA to NC, Idles great, doesnt overheat, leak or tick. Very powerful DD.
trades considering: jdm front teg, maybe other eg hatches, Srt4s or mainly wanting 99-2000 SI
ALL MUST BE CLEAN TITLED
Its a clear, clean titled 1993 Civic Si EG hatch, Originally a VA car now its properly registered/titled in NC. Was built by previous owner and have all Info from him.

BAD:
- passenger fender looks to be weather damaged, can be salvaged though
- where the rust was repaired, its just a square blotch (you can see for yourself) so paint
- Key only goes to passenger side door and ignition, but not to rest of the car
- driver seat is busted to shit
Info/History from previous owner: The manifold is choking this setup bad and could really stand to be upgraded to a ramhorn. He said the dyno reads low and that even as it sits with the cast manifold he would call it a 400whp car. It made 300 on wastegate alone. It has not seen high boost since it was tuned.
Got the car in November 2011 with 121k on it (actual mileage). Drove it for a couple weeks and pulled it off the road and started driving my other car. LSV was swapped in summer of 2012 and I drove the car for a month or two while I fixed my other vehicle. Once my other vehicle was fixed I took the hatch back off the road until June of this year when it was tuned. I tell all of that to tell this: somewhere between June of this year and now the odometer stopped working (I literally just noticed it in September). Shortly after I bought the car the original odometer broke and I swapped in a new gauge cluster with 104k on it and it stopped with 106k and some change on it and I can't imagine it has much more than that on it now. If I had to guess I would say the car has 125k on it now, if that.
