The Good: Car runs and drives excellent. The car is in good condition for its age, it's not a show car or anything of that caliber, just my daily driver that I work on here and there as time and money allows. The car isn't perfect but it's still a great base to build off of for interested buyers/trades. A reliable and strong car, I daily drove this car to school in GA and back home in NC, it survived four years of commuting, so I know it's reliable. Again, it's been my daily driver for over 4 years now and so it does have dings and paint imperfections from daily use. The suspension rides excellent for what it is. Fresh build on the engine. Less than 2,000 miles on the GSR head and CR-V block, fresh internals! Cluster currently reads 64,700 km with around 2,000 miles on the build. Compression and leak down tested came out excellent at Midnight Auto ATL. Dyno tuned on Hondata s300 by Morris of Midnight Auto ATL in GA on a very conservative tune. This setup definitely has a lot more potential with better bolt ons, but it's my daily driver so I'm content for now for what it is. Still has power steering. No engine oil leaks, no check engine lights, clean NC title, passes NC inspection perfectly fine. Maintenance has been kept up with regularly, 3000 mile oil changes, normal/regular maintenance all done by me with help from my friends; including, new clutch, new clutch bearings, new OEM timing belt, new OEM (GSR) water pump, new OEM (B20) crank pulley, new power steering belt, new alternator belt, new spark plugs, new NGK spark plug wires, new starter, new main relay, new manual transmission fluid, new radiator fluid, new battery, etc.

The Bad: Currently, no AC. Teal engine bay, paint job and body isn't the best (paint crack in hood, starting to chip on the bumper, very bad prep work from shop Miracle Glo in GA; has a warranty if you're willing to take it up to GA), could use some PDR, weak seal along firewall, (common problem for model civic) leaks light water during heavy rain.
