1992 Civic LX Sedan 5 spd

Description:
Not much to see. Just a solid running DD. It is a 1992 Civic LX Sedan. 5 speed, power windows, power locks with 235k miles. I have a clean/clear FL title.
I only drive the car to and from work (VB to Norfolk), and I average 34-37 mpg each fill up (used to be a little higher when I took city streets all the way to work, but cruising on 264/64 @ 70mph dropped it a little). The car has a D15B7 and 5 speed, so it's not fast or cool, but a great DD.
Pros:
New OEM Honda thermostat (Mar 2013, ~7000 miles ago)
New plugs (June 2013, ~5000 miles ago)
New driver brake caliper (stock one started to drag) (Sep 2013, ~4000 miles ago)
New slave cylinder (Dec 2013, ~2000 miles ago)
New front rotors/pad (Jan 2013, ~2000 miles ago)
New stock replacement muffler (May 2014, ~100 miles ago)
Good Michelin tires on 13" Konig wheels (on when I bought the car, so I don't know how many miles)
Heat is good
JVC head unit (KDR740BT) with bluetooth, Pandora, USB/Ipod (new)
4 Polk 6 1/2 speakers (db651) (new)
Cons:
-Has a/c, but it needs to be recharged/converted to R134a. I mainly drove it during the fall/winter, so I never bothered with it. All a/c parts are there, and the compressor works, but it only blows cool air, not cold.
-Minor rust on rear quarters (shown in pics)
-Obvious clear coat issues
-Drive seat has wear (but it's a 23 year old car with 235k on it)
