Any reason why you have not wired in VTEC, especially since you already have a Rywire harness?
What compression ratio are the pistons?
Are your A/F ratio reasonable?
Without the tach working, how exactly did you set timing?
Sounds like a lot money was put into a motor to trust on a stock P28 without tune and being daily driven. Im not trying to judge you, since I am quite interested in your CRX. There are one too many red flags that require more information and reasoning. Im sure others would ask too.

It will be hooked up this weekend and compression ratio is 10.5 to 1, I'm running stock p28 ecu cause that's all I had to work with. I'm getting out of the honda game now and just want something lifted.

yup, you dont run the obd2 crank sensor cuz your running the obd1 crank sensor in the dizzy and use obd1 injectors. simple swap with rywire.
