Default 1990 Honda CR-X Si (B18C1 GS-R DOHC VTEC swap)

1990 Honda CRX Si (B18C1 GS-R DOHC VTEC swap) (Hatchback)

Asking: $3,500 cash
or
Partial Trade: 4-wheel drive SUV or pickup valued between $2,000-$2,500 plus $1,000-$1,500 in cash

------I am also offering FREE labor to fix anything I can, if you buy the parts.------

The car runs fine, and it's quick and fun to drive. It is also VERY easy to park and maneuver through traffic. It likes tight turns and open roads, and with a couple hundred dollars in upgrades, it will amaze you how fast you can safely take turns. On a typical neighborhood street, it can turn around without hitting any curbs and as long as you are moving even the slightest bit, you can't tell there is no power steering. It's very responsive, but easy to control. (Assuming you keep up with maintenance.)

This CR-X is about the same speed as a 2001 Mustang GT right now, but can easily be modified to make Ferrari drivers feel like crap. There are a few things that need to be repaired, but it's still drivable, I drive it everyday. I've gotten it up to 132 MPH, but it will go a little higher if you can get away with it. You need the VTEC computer for that, you're at high-rpm's at that point.

Depending on how you do things, you can get anywhere from 20 to 40 MPG. (This one comes with an extra non-Vtec computer (ECU) for gas efficiency on longer trips, it can be switched out in about 30 seconds and anyone can do it.)

The car has a number of upgrades and recent repairs listed below, but I am only asking the price of the engine swap. It's half-way to being a new car again if you check out the list.
