Description[/B]: The original DA Teg, these things are getting hard to find let along in decent shape. For the most part the car is 100% stock. It comes with a D16A1 DOHC motor and it's a 5 speed tranny. The body is at about 234K miles and the engine should be around 134K Miles.
The car just passed inspection last Dec, the tires are petty much brand new. The interior is clean, no torn seats or any of the crap. I picked up this car for Daily Driver Duties since I drive a gas hog Titan. The gas is GREAT on gas $30 bucks and the fuel gauge was pass F. Driving back and forth to NOB for almost 2 weeks and I still have gas.
The car is able to keep up with 70-80 MPH traffic with no problems.
The Good:
-Rare Car
-25 Years old, so you can get Antique Plates
-Everything WORKS
-The sunroof works (Power)
-The pop-up headlight work
-The cruise control works
-Sony Xpold DX-GT520 MP3-CD Headunit
-95% Falken ZIEX ZE912 tires 205/50/16
-16x7" rims (4x100 and 4x114.3) (I don't know the brand of rim)
-Good compression (150 PSI each cylinder)
-AC has been converted to R134.
-Manual Windows
-Manual Mirrors
-Manual locks
-Has Center Console (Rear item to find)
Things I replaced/added the car:
-Distributor (including cap and rotor)
-Spark plugs (NGK)
-Master brake cylinder
-New PVC valve
-Replaced battery with a spare I had laying around.
-New Valve Cover gasket and hardware
-Replace heater core to engine coolant hose.
-Installed Cam Gear cover
-Installed OEM city lights
-Installed Center console lower bracket
-Installed Rear Hatch Struts
-Installed Rear Hatch seal
-Installed AC tensioner Pulley assy
-Installed correct power steering reservoir and bracket
-Installed correct power steering hose
-Replace torn vacuum hoses.
-Fresh Oil change (less than 1k miles ago)
-Fresh DOT 3 Brake fuild
-Fresh Tranny Fuild.
-Installed new Alternator
The last owner installed:
-Beck Arnley head gasket
-Removed ghetto tint job
The Bad:
-AC needs a R134
-Needs lower ball joints and outer tie rods
-Smokes a little
