1988 civic sedan D16a6 swap $800 runs!! NOW $600!!!

Hey guys, selling a project of mine. was originally going to be a rally cross car, then a track car, now i have no monies.
88 sedan, a little beat, a little rusty, a little bondo-y. may need a new windshield, has an electrical problem that is draining the battery. brakes a little rusty from sitting, b pipe for the exhaust will probably need to be replaced as it is rusting and loud. has a slight idle problem? i'm thinking the brake booster may need to be replaced. it idles slightly high once warm.
now the ok:
new radiator
MPFI and D16a6 swap
new clutch
new flywheel
rebuilt good axles
GROUND CONTROL COILOVERS 300fr, 400rr springs
front upper, rear upper and lower tie-bars
new kyb gr2 shocks
HF gauge cluster
no CEL!
new headgasket
i have the parts for the front inner tie rod bushing, just haven't gotten to it
yet.
starts and runs well once battery is charged. will definitely need an alignmnet.
does NOT come with BBS wheels that are in picture, just 13 inch steelies. also does NOT have the projectors anymore, just standard headlights.
No AC or radio.
