05 ACURA TL 6SPEED

05 acura tl 6speed manual 144k it runs and shift perfect. The only issues is the check engine light is on do to the aftermarket muffler system , navigation is not working because I don't have the cd for it, and the dash is cracked common problem with tl
I mainly looking to trade for 06+ is250 -350 or 07+ g35 g37 sedan. I can add cash if necessary.
