8k is left but it is financed with navy fed i am working on lowering the pay off price. I dont know how much but i do know it is possible to work something out with them.

Why would I waste my time to come see something when I have no idea what comes with it? Why don't you go check out a house 2 hours away that you've only seen exterior pictures of the front and have no other info? That doesn't make sense.
