01 prelude type sh 5speed last year made!! $4,900

Description: so it's time for me to sell my beloved prelude. The car is an 01 type sh which means it equipped with ATTS. It has 175,xxx miles on it, I've had the car for 3 years and did a bunch of work to it to make it look nice and clean. I don't really want to sell it, but I have come by a chance of owning a tl which has more room then the prelude. I have babied this car ever sins I got it, never dogged or raced it with the idiots standing in red lights. I've only used mobile 1 gold motor oil with oem Honda filter. Also only used premium fuel from shell as the car manual suggests. Now here's what I've done to the car:
Exterior:
Fresh new factory satin silver paint job, only 5 month old it's a decent paint job but not a show car paint. Needs a wet sand and buff
replica Oem front lip made out of unbreakable plastic (paint peeled in some area's on it) autopaint shops wants $70 to repaint it.
INTERIOR:
It has black leather oem rear seats which are in perfect shape, I was planning on putting some black s2000 or rsx seat on the front but Iam still in the hunt for them!
Everything else is stock.
Engine:
I did a whole top end rebuilt, replaced every seal and gaskets with OEM HONDA PARTS, I have receipts to prove it which are over $1600.
Replaced head gasket
Oem Honda knock sensor
Keizen speed balance shaft delete kit and manual tensioner
oem Honda Timing belt , waterpump etc
Oem exedy replacement clutch kit with a 8 pound flywheel.
Adjusted the valves
Machined and resurfaced the head
New oem radiator ( can't remember the brand , but it's oem) New hoses
Ngk spark plugs
Ngk spark plug wires
Oem distributor cap and rotor
No name intake ( was gonna upgrade to a AEM BRAND)
THERES ALOT OF MORE THINGS THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER ON TOP OF MY HEAD!!
Wheels And suspension:
04-06 acura tl wheels
Spc ingal adjustable upper ball joint for some camber
Neuspeed lowering springs with front stock struts and rear struts are kyb. But it rides like factory suspension.
Now for the pics , I don't have great shots right now. Also in this pics the car is a little dirty, I just haven't had time to wash it and waxed. I'll take some better ones, the car looks way better in person then in pics. I've have spended lots of money in this car( I guess more then $10k piling all of the receipts and labor sins I bought it, no bullshit)
As for the price is $4,600, but might be negotiable if I keep some parts.
