00 civic ex 2dr, b20vtec, itr, tein, s300

Description:
selling my 00 Honda civic ex. listed a few days ago, car was just put together, but was smoking. tore it back down Saturday 1-25-14, put new felpro Viton valve seals in, along with a new felpro headgasket and oil change. adjusted valves, but there is still some chatter in the top end, so lost motion assemblies need to be replaced.
BODY/SUSPENSION
-00 civic ex 2dr, vogue silver metallic, some dings and scratches.
-EP3 wheels
-APEXi N1 full catback
-TEIN super street coilovers w/ pillowball busings
-high/low hid's
INTERIOR
-EM1 front and rear seats
-KICKER components in doors, 3-ways in rear
DRIVETRAIN
-jdm B20B block &crank
-WISECO 11.5:1 forged pistons
-EAGLE h-beam rods
-ACL race rod bearings
-GSR water pump, oil pump, timing belt and tensioner
-ARP head studs
-GSR head, mild port work
-SUPERTECH dual valve springs/titanium retainers
-stainless flat face valves/Viton valve seals
-oem gsr cams
-powdercoated blue ice valve cover
-SKUNK2 billet coil cover, vtec solenoid cover
-EDELBROCK victor intake manifold, polished

BAD:
-winshield cracked, good inspection though
-driver side window regulator needs replaced

that's all I can think of right now, car has tons of money invested, just doesn't want to cooperate with me, and I don't have time to continue working on it due to my job. $5000 takes it...NO TRADES, I might part the car out, but the shell would have to sell first.
