Price: $ Willing to spend $3500 but $4000 if it's CLEAN and exactly what I'm looking for.

Description: Looking for a 4 door Civic ONLY, no coupe for a daily driven, has to be CLEAN interior and exterior. Needs to have A/C, Heat, P/S. LOW MILES,! Nothing more than 120k. No rust. It can be modify but nothing more than I/H/E. I don't want your unfinished project car or junk. It can be manual or automatic but prefer manual (if it's manual the clutch needs to be good. ) If it has a swap, it NEEDS proof of paperwork. Just looking to buy and drive for school, etc.
