If so then I see alot of cars to choose from but if not then I need to get the money up

As in I go to the bank and get a carloan for 4k or so then talk to the dude trying to sell the car to get info on the car then once sold have the money sent to his bank acc

its called getting a loan...go to bank..get approved..get cash and buy car...its been done for years..
