They went *poof* with my errant typing earlier 
I put back the old favicon cause its super delicious (and all I had quickly available).

MySQL (the database software) decided to freeze up some time earlier this morning. If it does it again I'm downgrading to an older version.

Possibly. This is how the forums marks things as read or not:
So if you haven't already tried clearing your cookies related to the forums you might want to try that.
Inactivity/Cookie Based - once a user has been inactive for a certain amount of time (the value of the session timeout option) all threads and forums are considered read. Individual threads are marked as read within a session via cookies.

Mobile style should be working now. It was an error on my part in the webserver config after moving it to a new IP address
