trade rating notifications
How do the trade rating notifications work? Does a Mod need to approve it, or an Admin?
Because i have two trade ratings that " have not had feedback submitted" but, both me and the other buyer/seller have left feed back for the same thing, and they have been submitted for a while now... and my other 9 ratings haven't had any problems,
any feedback would be appreciated
