Not looking to be bashed, Just curious as to how people make thread thread titles a lot Bolder and or Pink?

To elaborate a little further: Patron threads in the classified forums have a pink title and bold titles in any forum are when there are new posts for you (either since your last visit or after marking it read) in that particular thread.
