Is there a way to block the For Sale sections/posts from search results?

Default Is there a way to block the For Sale sections/posts from search results?
I.e. when I click "New Posts" can I filter out all the garbage? I know it was possible on an older version of the software, but I can't figure it out now.

Filtering "New Posts" search results has always been a Patron exclusive feature.
