There should be a monthly/bi-monthly/whenever the admins feel like it vote where one user is put up against the ban hammer. Admins pick out a user, Other members vote yay or nay and the outcome determines their fate. It could even be like a warning one week ban or their user name becomes Dunce or something fun.. Just enough to get the message across. Just seems like there a couple annoying people on here that slide a little bit under the radar.

They have done this a few times in the past ... Also with mods who they thought were not doing a good job got voted off being a mod haha ...
