Something wrong with submitting?

When I click the submit button, all the sudden I have to click it twice to get it to submit. No settings or parameters have been modified since it happened, or to cause it to happen, on my end.. Any idea what's up?

It's happened a few times, but it's not so much consistent now.. so I guess I'm not too worried about it. Just wanted to see if it was happening to anyone else, or if it was just me. Not really that big of a deal as long as there's either a work-around (i.e. clicking twice) or a way to fix the problem to prevent having to use a work-around. However, not a concern now since it doesn't happen every time apparently.

I'm pretty confident it's not my machine though....
