My thread was deleted for no reaosn?
 

Hey,
Im not sure if it was an accident or not but I recently posted a thread on my 96 dark cherry honda civic and it was deleted for, from what I can see no reason. It was written the correct way that this forum instructs, there was no trash talk, no discrepencies, and no bad language so I cant see why it would be deleted. It was here early this morning and last night and gone as of 9:30am EST; there was no message or alert, just gone? I was hoping it could be re posted or put on there again, especially because this took a lot of time to make and get pics for.

It was a 3rd party sale. Not allowed by forum classified rules: "Rule # 5: No third-party threads. You need your own account to post in classifieds. This excludes vendors/sponsors." Now I don't know why it was totally deleted vs just closed.

Ok, understood - can I get a copy of that post at the least along with pics so she can make her own account and post it there?

Your thread was deleted because it was a 3rd party sale. Your not allowed to post a 3rd party sale per rules. If it is only closed, members still have the opportunity from contacting you in regard the sale. If we don't soft delete 3 party sales then the sole purpose of having this rule would be useless. You can certainly retrieve the pictures per request through messaging the classified moderators but you cannot post this vehicle anymore under your account because again it is someone else's vehicle.
