Default Minimum picture size for cars

Great steps have been made by having photos required in the vehicles for sale section.

My suggestion is to require users to post photos that are actually visible. Ive seen a few threads where the pics are so small you cant tell if it even has wheels.
A 640x480 or even 480x 320 minimum requirement would help the potential buyer from a possible shady deal and/ or help the seller by showing off their quality product.

What say you?

If someone doesn't want to take the time to post decent pictures of their car to help it get sold then just don't bother with trying to buy it. I'd rather let the "market" deal with it then force some arbitrary image dimensions on everyone.

Who's to say that even if we do that the pictures will even be useful? Will a grainy camera phone picture be acceptable even if it meets whatever dimensions we pick? I don't think forcing everyone to have a photo shoot of their car is the best solution to the problem.

i agree, when does it stop, but a thumbnail of a thumbnail isnt doing anyone any justice.

I'm gonna point fingers at the Volvo for a second. If it just faded from site into the history then no harm no foul but it (and others liek it) is begin bumped like its a benfitial ad.

Its like a lump of shit on the shelves in Foot Locker.
Everyone knows what it is, but really cant make it out and honestly their day wouldve been better if that had not seen it.

All peopel need to do is put up a decent picture for crying out lowd.
