iOS 6 app force close
 

Hello all, could be my particular phone but ever since I upgraded to iOS 6 on my iPhone 4 the VaDriven app will force close itself after 2 minutes of use.

Usually after it force closes 2-3 times I can run the app no problems, just seems weird.

Again if I am the only one experiencing this problem, then please disregard, but if it isn't just me, this maybe be a problem with iOS 6 compatibility.

The developers have been notified of the problem, so I doubt its just you.

I'll bug Robb tomorrow about it as well to see if he can push the priority up any.

Thank you, I'm just going to continue to use the safari version until the issue is cleared up, I just thought I would notify someone else in the meantime!

Don't kid yourself, we all know Robb isn't going to do anything.

This doesn't happen on my iPhone 4, may be the phone or service provider

It does the same thing on my Droid.. Possibly can be my shitty phone though also lol.. I know its not my service at all since I have Verizon.. Upgrade time next month for sure :)

Mine used to do it when I had a htc thunderbolt through Verizon, I have an iPhone 4 through nTelos now and haven't had a problem with the VaDriven app.

I honestly think it may be a service provider issue rather than an app issue. The app hasn't force closed on me once in three weeks now since going to an iPhone and nTelos.

Why use the app anyway? Use the browser. It's better.

You might want to try uninstalling and reinstall the app to see if that helps in the meantime.
